Lunch Options

- Chicken and cheese taquitos, refried beans, and tortilla chips
- Hot pockets
- Served with a fruit (applesauce, apples, watermelon, clementines, bananas) and a vegetable or two (sugar peas, baby carrots, pickles, bell peppers, cucumber slices)
Dinners for the Week
Due to the hot weather, I’ve been trying to avoid turning the oven on as much as possible so I’ve been planning more meals that use the slow cooker, indoor grill, and panini maker for the summer.
- Aldi Chicken Lo Mein and watermelon
- Marinated grilled chicken thighs, baked potatoes, and sautéed broccoli
- Root beer pulled pork sandwiches, macaroni salad, watermelon, and corn
- Ham and cheese paninis, chips, pickles, and apples
- Cheese ravioli in pasta sauce, Caesar salad, garlic bread
- Slow cooker chicken stroganoff, egg noodles, steamed green bean medley
- Beef tacos, Spanish rice, grapes
